SERVICE HOURS OBLIGATION
We are a full service Gun Club with a professional staff. Our members are what makes us a great organization. we want to keep great members and therefore we require that members come to the Gun Club and participate in as much as they can. All members are required to perform service hours at the range or for the range thru out the year. This can be for any activity that promotes the Gun Club , maintains the range or assists with any fundraisers or events sponsored by the Gun Club. These and any other activities approved by the staff count as service hours towards the requirement for that particular membership level. We are a family owned business that wants to generate a family environment with our members. Starting 1 January 2016 we have a Board of Advisers made up of 5 members that are dedicated to ensuring the best possible dynamic for the members possible. These advisers are required to report to all members the plans and progress of plans at the Gun Club. This board of advisers are not in any way paid or compensated for their advisement. Therefore they are required to be transparent and open to all members. Each quarter the Board is required to present its recommendations and count the votes of members present for the next quarters plans. All members are encouraged to attend these quarterly meetings. ALL MEETINGS ATTENDED WILL COUNT TOWARD THE SERVICE HOURS REQUIREMENT WITH TWO HOURS PER MEETING ATTENDED!

MAINTENANCE FEES
A $50 Maintenance Fee is added to each level of membership except BRASS ($25). This Fee is directly applied to range maintenance, Steel target acquisition, and development of better shooting systems at the range. The Board of Advisers SHALL receive a quarterly report regarding the amount of fees collected in a quarter and what projects and uses it went towards. These fees are separated from normal business funds and are directly accountable to that effort only.

BOARD OF ADVISERS
The Board of Advisers are to be a sample of the membership that is to advise the staff on member issues and suggestions from the members for improvements. The Board shall be established with 5 members for each term. It is preferred that at least one married couple be on the Board for the perspective of the families that are members. There shall be at least two women on the Board to advise on women’s issues and assist the staff with addressing programs designed for our female shooters. The members on the board must have been a member of the Gun Club for at least one year before joining the Board. All Board members will be assigned a specific email for all members to send correspondence to for suggestions and grievances. The board members upon receiving a suggestion or grievance shall make every effort to respond to the members in a timely manner, if only to acknowledge receipt of emails. The Board of Advisers are required to prepare a short but informative brief for the members and present that information at The Quarterly Member Meetings. The Quarterly Member meetings are a time for the members to get to know each other, hear the plans for the next quarter for the Gun Clubs perspective plans and to be briefed on the past Quarters maintenance spending plan. The Board of Advisers are not designed to be a problem solving mechanism for personal problems between a specific member and the staff. It’s main role is advisory in nature to maintain a professional Gun Club, determine needed improvements and hold staff and members alike accountable for their actions as it pertains to the overall Gun Club. The term of service as a Board Adviser is one calendar year. If for any reason a member cannot hold that position or needs to leave the Board another member will be nominated and be voted into the position at the next Members Quarterly Meeting. If an Adviser cannot attend a Board meeting that member is allowed to give his proxy in his absence.
